HIFU is a highly precise medical procedure utilizing High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound to target tissue. The HIFU Lifting Procedure

This targeted treatment uses focused ultrasound energy and follows a specific sequence:

1. Preparation: Our assistants apply topical anesthesia to the skin. After the recommended time, the face is washed and a cooling gel is applied in the procedure room.

2. Energy Delivery: During the procedure, the patient might experience a tingling sensation with a little pain as the energy is delivered.

3. Aftercare: Once complete, the gel is removed, and the doctor will explain the aftercare, prescribing a painkiller and an ointment for redness.

How Many Sessions Do You Need?

The number of sessions depends on your skin’s condition and desired results. In general, you typically require 1 session to achieve a noticeable lift. Depending on the result achieved, a second session is often advised to be taken after 3 months.

Does it Hurt? (Comfort & Downtime)

This treatment is a little painful; however, we use topical anesthesia to numb the skin before the procedure, making it as comfortable and pain-free as possible.

There can be a downtime of a couple of days, during which you may experience a little bit of pain, swelling, and possibly redness. These side effects usually subside within a few days.
